We believe this is operational debt that can be paid off with the right infrastructure. Not with more inspectors in the field, not with more spreadsheets, not with AI that promises to replace everything. With a platform that delivers an auditable record from the very first camera shot.
What we built
A process-agnostic platform with a forensic engine behind it. Three capture modes (on-site by the inspector, remote by video call, self-inspection by the end customer), a georeferenced network of credentialed inspectors, multi-tenant workspaces configurable per client, and reports parameterized by industry.
The result: inspections that close in hours instead of days, reports that are audit-ready from capture, automatic dispatch to the nearest inspector, and audits that open in one click with the complete case timeline.
Who we are
A technical team based in Alphaville, Sao Paulo, with a background in insurance tech and inspection operations at scale. The depth of domain came from years serving insurers, banks with rural credit operations, rental companies and logistics companies. The choice to build agnostic infrastructure came from seeing that every industry asks for the same thing underneath: robust evidence, controlled deadlines, predictable cost.
Today, uInspect is the infrastructure behind inspection operations at scale: more than 100,000 inspections accumulated on the platform, captured by a georeferenced network of credentialed inspectors across Brazil.
