Areas where we are growing
Engineering
Frontend (TypeScript, Astro/React), backend (TypeScript, Postgres, cloud infrastructure), mobile (offline-first on iOS and Android), data engineering (claims, geo and satellite pipelines). Seniority ranges from junior to staff.
Design and product
Product designers with an eye for complex operational systems (not just feature shipping), product managers with experience in B2B SaaS and regulated processes.
Customer operations
Technical implementation at insurers, banks and companies with inspection-heavy operations. Customer success focused on ERP integration, workspace configuration and team training.
Sales and marketing
Account executives with experience in insurance tech or fintech, account-based demand generation, channel partnerships (brokers, system integrators).

How we work
Headquarters in Alphaville, Sao Paulo, with a hybrid model (three days on-site per week for operational and commercial roles, more flexibility for engineering and design). Salary and equity competitive for the company's stage, health insurance, meal allowance, home office setup support.
Results matter more than hours. Meetings make sense when they have a clear agenda. Documentation is taken as seriously as code. Constructive conflict is welcome: the worst scenario is silent disagreement.
