Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the uInspect platform, apps, websites and related services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Last updated: May 17, 2026.

1. Definitions

  • uInspect: uinspect Tecnologia, CNPJ 58.074.174/0001-89.
  • Platform: the uInspect web and mobile applications, APIs, integrations and related services.
  • Client: the legal entity that contracts the platform.
  • User: the individual who accesses the platform with valid credentials (inspector, manager, integrator or end customer).
  • Content: data, media, reports, sketches and any material entered into the platform.

2. Registration and access

Using the platform requires registration with true and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity performed with their account. The Client may sign up for plans with a 30-day free period, no credit card required.

3. Permitted use

The platform may be used exclusively for lawful purposes related to inspections, surveys, expert assessments and auditable evidence records. The following is prohibited:

  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights
  • Manipulating, altering or attempting to invalidate metadata or chain of custody records generated by the platform
  • Attempting to access data, accounts or workspaces without authorization
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code
  • Overloading the infrastructure with automated traffic beyond reasonable limits
  • Selling, sublicensing or redistributing the service without written authorization

4. Intellectual property

All rights over the platform, brand, code, design, institutional content and documentation belong to uInspect or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property to the Client or the User.

Content entered by Clients (reports, photos, sketches, inspection data) remains the property of the Client, who grants uInspect a non-exclusive license to process and store that Content within the scope of the service.

5. Plans and payment

Commercial plans, prices and conditions are described in a specific commercial proposal or in the account dashboard. Recurring charges can be canceled at any time, taking effect in the following cycle. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except in cases of proven billing error.

6. Service availability

uInspect commits to the service levels (SLA) described in contracts with corporate clients. For the 30-day free plan, availability is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

uInspect delivers infrastructure for capturing, storing and processing evidence. Technical interpretation, decisions on the merits and responsibility for the content of reports rest with the credentialed professional, the corporate Client and the third parties involved in the process.

In any case, uInspect's total liability, in contract or in tort, is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

The Client may close their account at any time. uInspect may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, with prior notice when applicable. After termination, data may be kept for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Judicial District of Barueri, State of Sao Paulo, are elected to settle any dispute, to the exclusion of any other venue, however privileged.
